About This Property
This 2 bed/1 bath beach house is literally steps from the beach and also located directly in front of great surf. The large front porch offers a variety of hammocks and chairs where you can kick back, relax and watch the surf, read a book or take a nap. There is a loft that offers additional beds for larger groups and the house is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need to enjoy your vacation.

About the Area
Playa Guasacate is a beautiful stretch of beach located just north of Popoyo. It is centrally located to all of the local restaurants, bars, stores and other activities in the Popoyo area. After spending a short time in the area, you will realize that both the local and foreign residents are all friendly, laid-back people.
Directions
Sit back in the shaded, and beautifully landscaped porch, and enjoy the great views of the surf right out back. This house is conveniently located to many of the other waves in the area as well as the restaurants and bars.

Playa Guasacate is steps away from the house and you'll find fun surf just right here. The waves here vary based on size, direction and tide, but offer fun surf for all levels.
Popoyo is considered one of the most consistent and fun waves in the area. Both a right and a left, this reef magnifies swell and is rideable almost everyday. Located about a kilometer to the south, it is a quick walk, bike or drive away.
