About This Property

This 3 bed/3 bath home enjoys cool breezes and expansive ocean views on the hills above Playa Guasacate.  It features a sparkling pool and large, covered outdoor living area including a BBQ grill.

The 1st floor features the living, dining and kitchen area. The space is open and surrounded by large windows on the oceanside of the house and gorgeous hardwood finishes throughout.  The kitchen features granite counters, custom cabinetry, natural stone, stainless steel appliances and everything you'll need to cook!  
 
The Master Suite is also on the first floor and features wood beams and natural cane ceilings that create a cozy feel, while the over-sized, private bathroom boasts a beautiful use of hardwoods and natural stone.
 
Upstairs is a large open area perfect for yoga and relaxation as well as the additional two bedrooms. The Junior Suite offers it's own over-sized, private bathroom just like the Master Suite and a private balcony to enjoy the views!
 
The home is located in the La Jolla of Guasacate which is a secure, gated community that offers a large pool, restaurant, bar, yoga pavillion and more! Playa Guasacate is just steps from the house and you'll find fun surf just right here at the beach break. The waves here vary based on size, direction and tide, but offer fun surf for all levels.  

Popoyo is considered one of the most consistent and fun waves in the area. Both a right and left, this reef magnifies swell and is rideable almost everyday. Located about 2 kilometers to the south, it's a short walk, bike or drive away.
