About This Property

This 2 bed/2 bath home is a hidden gem in the Popoyo area.  It is located just steps from the beach and both the living room and master bedroom have a view of the ocean. 

The 1st floor features a living/dining area as you walk in the front door.  This space is open and surrounded by large windows for the cool, offshore breeze to pass through.  The kitchen features polished concrete counters and has everything you'll need to cook. The guest room and full bath are access from a short hallway off the kitchen.
 
A curved, staircase tower leads up to the 2nd floor where you'll find the master bedroom, master bath, an open-air patio as well as a private balcony.  The master bedroom enjoys lots of privacy as well as a great ocean view from the balcony.

Rates vary based on occupancy:

$160/night for 1 bedroom (2 people max)

$185/night for 2 bedrooms (4 people max)

Playa Guasacate is a beautiful stretch of beach located just north of Popoyo. It is centrally located to all of the local restaurants, bars, stores and other activities in the Popoyo area. After spending a short time in the area, you will realize that both the local and foreign residents are all friendly, laid-back people.

Playa Guasacate is steps away from the house and you'll find fun surf just right here. The waves here vary based on size, direction and tide, but offer fun surf for all levels.

Popoyo is considered one of the most consistent and fun waves in the area. Both a right and left, this reef magnifies swell and is rideable almost everyday. Located about a kilometer to the south, it's a short walk, bike or drive away.
